Bằng việc tải xuống, cài đặt, đăng ký tài khoản hoặc sử dụng bất kỳ tính năng nào của WynX, Người dùng xác nhận đã đọc và chấp thuận các Điều khoản sử dụng dịch vụ, Chính sách xử lý dữ liệu cá nhân và Công bố rủi ro được quy định tại văn bản này. Nếu không đồng ý với bất kỳ nội dung nào, vui lòng ngừng truy cập và sử dụng ứng dụng.

PHẦN I: ĐIỀU KHOẢN SỬ DỤNG DỊCH VỤ

  1. Phạm vi dịch vụ

WynX là nền tảng giao dịch hàng hóa phái sinh do Wynthor xây dựng và vận hành trên cơ sở tư cách Thành viên Kinh doanh của Sở Giao dịch Hàng hóa Việt Nam (MXV).

Danh mục sản phẩm được cung cấp trên ứng dụng được giới hạn trong phạm vi các loại hàng hóa đã được cấp phép niêm yết và công bố chính thức trên website của MXV. Các hoạt động giao dịch trên WynX được thực hiện thông qua hạ tầng kỹ thuật của Wynthor và chịu sự giám sát của MXV, tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt các quy định pháp luật Việt Nam hiện hành.

WynX không cung cấp hoặc hỗ trợ các sản phẩm, dịch vụ tài chính nằm ngoài phạm vi được MXV cho phép và pháp luật Việt Nam hiện hành, bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn ở tiền mã hóa (cryptocurrency), ngoại hối sử dụng đòn bẩy (leveraged forex), hợp đồng chênh lệch (CFD), quyền chọn nhị phân (binary options), hoạt động cho vay hoặc các hình thức mang tính chất cờ bạc khác.

Căn cứ vào yêu cầu vận hành thực tế hoặc theo yêu cầu của cơ quan quản lý nhà nước có thẩm quyền,  Wynthor có thể điều chỉnh, bổ sung hoặc giới hạn danh mục sản phẩm, tính năng và dịch vụ được cung cấp trên WynX.

  1. Điều kiện đăng ký và sử dụng tài khoản

Dịch vụ trên WynX chỉ dành cho cá nhân từ đủ 18 tuổi trở lên và có đầy đủ năng lực hành vi dân sự theo quy định của pháp luật Việt Nam. WynX không cung cấp dịch vụ và không chủ động thu thập hoặc xử lý dữ liệu cá nhân của người dưới 18 tuổi.

Trong quá trình đăng ký và sử dụng dịch vụ, Người dùng có trách nhiệm cung cấp thông tin đầy đủ, chính xác và trung thực, đồng thời chủ động cập nhật thông tin khi có thay đổi.

Trong trường hợp cần thiết, Wynthor có quyền yêu cầu Người dùng bổ sung hồ sơ, tài liệu xác minh danh tính hoặc thực hiện các biện pháp xác minh phù hợp nhằm đáp ứng yêu cầu pháp luật, phòng chống gian lận, phòng chống rửa tiền (AML) và bảo đảm an toàn cho hệ thống.

Trong trường hợp Người dùng vi phạm Điều khoản sử dụng, cung cấp thông tin sai lệch, thực hiện hành vi gian lận hoặc gây ảnh hưởng đến hệ thống, Wynthor có quyền từ chối cung cấp dịch vụ, hạn chế quyền truy cập, tạm khóa hoặc chấm dứt tài khoản, hoặc thực hiện theo yêu cầu của cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền.

  1. Trách nhiệm của Người dùng

Người dùng tự chịu trách nhiệm đối với mọi quyết định giao dịch, hoạt động quản lý tài khoản và các hoạt động phát sinh trong quá trình sử dụng WynX. Wynthor không đưa ra bất kỳ cam kết nào về lợi nhuận, hiệu quả đầu tư hoặc bảo đảm tài chính dưới bất kỳ hình thức nào.

Người dùng có trách nhiệm tuân thủ pháp luật hiện hành, các nội dung của Điều khoản sử dụng này và các chính sách khác do Wynthor công bố theo từng thời điểm.

  1. Bảo mật tài khoản và an toàn hệ thống

Người dùng có trách nhiệm tự quản lý và bảo mật thông tin đăng nhập, mật khẩu, mã OTP và các phương thức xác thực khác liên quan đến tài khoản của mình.

Trừ trường hợp có căn cứ xác định tài khoản bị truy cập trái phép hoặc giao dịch phát sinh do lỗi của hệ thống, các giao dịch được thực hiện từ tài khoản đã được xác thực sẽ được ghi nhận là giao dịch hợp lệ.

Khi phát hiện dấu hiệu truy cập trái phép, rò rỉ thông tin bảo mật hoặc nguy cơ ảnh hưởng đến an toàn tài khoản, Người dùng phải thông báo kịp thời cho Wynthor để được hỗ trợ xử lý.

Nghiêm cấm sử dụng WynX để thực hiện hành vi vi phạm pháp luật, gian lận tài chính, rửa tiền hoặc bất kỳ hành vi nào gây ảnh hưởng đến sự ổn định, an toàn và bảo mật của hệ thống; hoặc các hành vi sao chép, can thiệp trái phép, chỉnh sửa, dịch ngược (reverse engineering), phát tán mã độc hoặc xâm nhập vào hạ tầng kỹ thuật, dữ liệu và hệ thống vận hành của Wynthor dưới bất kỳ hình thức nào.

  1. Nạp tiền, rút tiền và tài khoản ký quỹ

Việc nạp tiền được thực hiện bằng hình thức chuyển khoản vào tài khoản ký quỹ chuyên biệt, theo quy trình vận hành do Wynthor quy định.

WynX không cung cấp dịch vụ ngân hàng và không áp dụng cơ chế trả lãi đối với số dư ký quỹ. Người dùng có trách nhiệm bảo đảm nguồn tiền sử dụng cho giao dịch là hợp pháp và thuộc quyền sở hữu của mình.

Yêu cầu rút tiền chỉ được xử lý đối với tài khoản ngân hàng đã được xác minh và trùng khớp với hồ sơ KYC/KYB của chủ tài khoản giao dịch.

Các yêu cầu rút tiền đến tài khoản của bên thứ ba, không đáp ứng yêu cầu xác minh hoặc có dấu hiệu vi phạm quy định pháp luật có thể bị Wynthor từ chối xử lý.

  1. Giới hạn trách nhiệm

Trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép, Wynthor không chịu trách nhiệm đối với các tổn thất phát sinh từ:

  • Quyết định giao dịch, kết quả đầu tư hoặc biến động thực tế của thị trường hàng hóa;
  • Gián đoạn đường truyền hoặc chậm trễ dữ liệu phát sinh từ các bên trung gian, bao gồm ngân hàng, cổng thanh toán hoặc kết nối giữa MXV và các Sở giao dịch quốc tế liên thông;
  • Các sự kiện bất khả kháng, bao gồm thiên tai, dịch bệnh, sự cố trên diện rộng đối với hạ tầng viễn thông hoặc những thay đổi đột ngột về chính sách và pháp luật.
  1. Luật áp dụng và giải quyết tranh chấp

Điều khoản này được điều chỉnh và giải thích theo pháp luật của Nước Cộng hòa Xã hội Chủ nghĩa Việt Nam.

Mọi tranh chấp phát sinh liên quan đến việc sử dụng dịch vụ trước hết sẽ được các bên ưu tiên giải quyết thông qua thương lượng trên tinh thần thiện chí và hợp tác.

Trong trường hợp không thể đạt được thỏa thuận, tranh chấp sẽ được đưa ra Tòa án có thẩm quyền của Việt Nam để giải quyết theo quy định pháp luật hiện hành.

PHẦN II: CHÍNH SÁCH XỬ LÝ DỮ LIỆU CÁ NHÂN

Trong quá trình đăng ký tài khoản và sử dụng WynX, Người dùng có thể được yêu cầu cung cấp dữ liệu cá nhân hoặc cấp quyền truy cập một số chức năng trên thiết bị để phục vụ xác minh danh tính, bảo vệ tài khoản và duy trì hoạt động của hệ thống.

Việc cung cấp dữ liệu hoặc cấp các quyền truy cập nêu trên được thực hiện dựa trên sự đồng ý của Người dùng và trong phạm vi cần thiết cho các mục đích được quy định tại Chính sách này. Trường hợp Người dùng không cung cấp một số dữ liệu hoặc không cấp quyền truy cập cần thiết, một số chức năng của WynX có thể bị hạn chế hoặc không hoạt động đầy đủ.

  1. Dữ liệu thu thập và Quyền truy cập thiết bị

Nhằm bảo đảm vận hành hệ thống và an toàn dịch vụ, ứng dụng có thể yêu cầu hoặc xử lý các nhóm dữ liệu và quyền truy cập sau:

Dữ liệu thiết bị và thông tin kỹ thuật

Bao gồm địa chỉ IP, Device ID, dữ liệu hiệu năng ứng dụng và nhật ký lỗi hệ thống (Crash logs) nhằm phục vụ hoạt động của hệ thống, theo dõi hiệu năng và xử lý sự cố kỹ thuật, phòng chống gian lận.

Thông tin định danh và liên hệ

Thông tin bao gồm họ tên, số điện thoại, email, số CCCD/Hộ chiếu, ngày sinh, địa chỉ liên hệ (nếu có) với khách hàng cá nhân; hồ sơ pháp lý doanh nghiệp và thông tin người đại diện hợp pháp đối với khách hàng tổ chức.

Các thông tin này được sử dụng cho mục đích đăng ký tài khoản, xác thực OTP, hỗ trợ khách hàng và thực hiện các nghĩa vụ theo quy định pháp luật.

Thông tin tài chính và giao dịch

Thông tin tài khoản ngân hàng thụ hưởng, số dư ký quỹ nội bộ và lịch sử đặt lệnh được thu thập nhằm phục vụ việc quản lý tài khoản và hỗ trợ giao dịch.

Camera và Thư viện ảnh

Quyền truy cập Camera hoặc Thư viện ảnh chỉ được sử dụng khi Người dùng chủ động cấp quyền để thực hiện eKYC/KYB, bao gồm chụp giấy tờ tùy thân, hồ sơ pháp lý hoặc xác thực khuôn mặt (liveness check).

WynX không tự động truy cập Camera, không tự động quét Thư viện ảnh trên thiết bị và chỉ xử lý những hình ảnh do Người dùng trực tiếp lựa chọn.

Xác thực sinh trắc học

Ứng dụng WynX sử dụng Face ID / Touch ID do hệ điều hành cung cấp để hỗ trợ đăng nhập nhanh và tăng cường bảo mật tài khoản.

Wynthor không lưu trữ dữ liệu sinh trắc học gốc; quá trình xác thực được thực hiện trực tiếp trên thiết bị của Người dùng.

Thông báo đẩy

Thông báo đẩy (Push notifications) được sử dụng để gửi các thông báo liên quan đến trạng thái lệnh giao dịch, biến động ký quỹ và hoạt động của hệ thống.

Người dùng có thể bật hoặc tắt chức năng này trong phần cài đặt của thiết bị.

  1. Mục đích và Cơ sở xử lý dữ liệu cá nhân

Wynthor thu thập và xử lý dữ liệu cá nhân của Người dùng nhằm:

  • Cung cấp, duy trì và vận hành dịch vụ;
  • Thực hiện nghĩa vụ theo quy định pháp luật hiện hành;
  • Bảo đảm an toàn hệ thống;
  • Kiểm soát rủi ro và phòng chống gian lận.

Việc xử lý dữ liệu được thực hiện trên cơ sở sự đồng ý của Người dùng đối với các quyền truy cập thiết bị và dữ liệu liên quan như nêu tại Mục 1 nói trên.

  1. Chia sẻ dữ liệu và Hạ tầng kỹ thuật

Wynthor không bán, không cho thuê và không cung cấp dữ liệu cá nhân của Người dùng cho bên thứ ba nhằm mục đích quảng cáo hoặc thương mại hóa dữ liệu.

Dữ liệu chỉ có thể được cung cấp cho bên ngoài trong các trường hợp giới hạn, bao gồm:

  • Theo yêu cầu hợp pháp của MXV hoặc cơ quan Nhà nước có thẩm quyền;
  • Chia sẻ thông tin cho đối tác cung cấp dịch vụ eKYC, lưu trữ dữ liệu trên cơ sở thỏa thuận bảo mật nghiêm ngặt.

Để duy trì hoạt động ổn định của hệ thống, một số dữ liệu kỹ thuật như dữ liệu thông báo đẩy, dữ liệu hiệu năng hoặc nhật ký lỗi có thể được xử lý thông qua hạ tầng điện toán đám mây của các đối tác công nghệ quốc tế.

Các dữ liệu kỹ thuật này chỉ phục vụ mục đích vận hành hệ thống và xử lý lỗi phần mềm, không được sử dụng cho quảng cáo hành vi hoặc theo dõi thương mại.

  1. Thời hạn lưu trữ dữ liệu

Khi tài khoản được đóng theo yêu cầu của Người dùng, quyền truy cập ứng dụng sẽ bị chấm dứt ngay lập tức. Tuy nhiên, theo quy định pháp luật Việt Nam về phòng chống rửa tiền và quy định kế toán – tài chính, Wynthor có trách nhiệm lưu trữ hồ sơ KYC/KYB cùng lịch sử giao dịch trong thời hạn tối thiểu 05 năm kể từ ngày tài khoản được đóng chính thức, trước khi xóa vĩnh viễn khỏi hệ thống lưu trữ.

  1. Quyền của Người dùng đối với dữ liệu cá nhân

Trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép, Người dùng có quyền:

  • Yêu cầu truy cập, cập nhật hoặc điều chỉnh dữ liệu cá nhân;
  • Rút lại sự đồng ý đối với việc xử lý dữ liệu trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép;
  • Yêu cầu đóng tài khoản hoặc chấm dứt sử dụng dịch vụ ngay trong ứng dụng thông qua Menu > Thông tin cá nhân > Đóng tài khoản.

Việc Người dùng rút lại sự đồng ý hoặc yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu có thể khiến Wynthor không thể tiếp tục cung cấp một phần hoặc toàn bộ dịch vụ liên quan.

  1. Xử lý sự cố an toàn thông tin

Trong trường hợp xảy ra sự cố rò rỉ dữ liệu ảnh hưởng đến quyền và lợi ích của Người dùng, Wynthor sẽ áp dụng các biện pháp khắc phục phù hợp, khoanh vùng phạm vi ảnh hưởng và thực hiện việc thông báo theo trình tự được pháp luật hiện hành quy định.

PHẦN III: CÔNG BỐ RỦI RO

Hoạt động giao dịch hàng hóa phái sinh luôn tiềm ẩn rủi ro thị trường và rủi ro kỹ thuật. Trước khi sử dụng dịch vụ trên WynX, Người dùng vui lòng chủ động tìm hiểu và cân nhắc các rủi ro sau:

Rủi ro thị trường

  • Giá hàng hóa có thể biến động mạnh do tác động của các yếu tố kinh tế vĩ mô toàn cầu, quan hệ cung – cầu trên thị trường và các sự kiện quốc tế. Những biến động này có thể dẫn đến việc Người dùng mất một phần hoặc toàn bộ số tiền ký quỹ ban đầu;
  • Trường hợp tài khoản không duy trì được tỷ lệ ký quỹ theo quy định, hệ thống có quyền tự động đóng các vị thế đang mở (forced liquidation / thanh lý bắt buộc) mà không cần thông báo trước nhằm kiểm soát rủi ro của hệ thống;
  • Kết quả giao dịch hoặc hiệu suất đầu tư trong quá khứ không phải là cơ sở để bảo đảm hoặc dự đoán lợi nhuận trong tương lai.

Rủi ro kỹ thuật

Hoạt động giao dịch trực tuyến có thể chịu ảnh hưởng bởi các yếu tố kỹ thuật khách quan như nghẽn mạng, gián đoạn kết nối Internet từ nhà cung cấp dịch vụ viễn thông hoặc chậm trễ trong việc cập nhật dữ liệu giá từ các Sở giao dịch quốc tế liên thông.

Bằng việc sử dụng dịch vụ trên WynX, Người dùng xác nhận đã đọc và chấp thuận các nội dung công bố rủi ro, đồng thời tự chịu trách nhiệm đối với các quyết định giao dịch của mình trong quá trình sử dụng dịch vụ.

Wynthor có quyền điều chỉnh, cập nhật hoặc bổ sung nội dung của văn bản này theo từng thời điểm nhằm đáp ứng yêu cầu vận hành hoặc phù hợp với quy định pháp luật hiện hành.

Các nội dung cập nhật sẽ được công bố trên WynX và/hoặc website chính thức của Wynthor. Việc Người dùng tiếp tục sử dụng dịch vụ sau thời điểm cập nhật được xem là sự chấp thuận đối với các nội dung sửa đổi tương ứng.

By downloading, installing, registering an account or using any feature of WynX, the User confirms that they have read and accepted the Terms of Service, Personal Data Processing Policy and Risk Disclosure set out herein. If the User does not agree with any provision, please cease accessing and using the application.

PART I – TERMS OF SERVICE

  1. Scope of Services

WynX is a commodity derivatives trading platform developed and operated by Wynthor in its capacity as a Trading Member of the Mercantile Exchange of Vietnam (MXV).

The products offered on the application are limited to commodities that have been licensed for listing and officially published on the MXV website. Transactions on WynX are conducted through Wynthor’s technical infrastructure, are subject to MXV supervision, and strictly comply with applicable Vietnamese laws and regulations.

WynX does not provide or support financial products or services outside the scope permitted by MXV and applicable Vietnamese laws and regulations, including but not limited to cryptocurrency, leveraged forex, contracts for difference (CFDs), binary options, lending activities or other gambling-like activities.

Based on operational requirements or at the request of a competent state authority, Wynthor may modify, supplement or limit the products, features and services made available on WynX.

  1. Account Registration and Use Requirements

WynX services are available only to individuals aged 18 or older who have full legal capacity under Vietnamese law. WynX does not provide services to persons under 18 and does not proactively collect or process the personal data of persons under 18.

During registration and use of the services, the User is responsible for providing complete, accurate and truthful information and for promptly updating such information when changes occur.

Where necessary, Wynthor may require the User to provide additional documents or identity verification materials, or may conduct appropriate verification measures to satisfy legal requirements, prevent fraud, comply with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements and ensure system security.

If the User violates these Terms of Service, provides inaccurate information, engages in fraudulent conduct or adversely affects the system, Wynthor may refuse to provide services, restrict access, temporarily suspend or terminate the account, or take action as required by a competent state authority.

  1. User Responsibilities

The User is solely responsible for all trading decisions, account management activities and other activities arising from the use of WynX. Wynthor makes no representation or guarantee regarding profits, investment performance or financial returns of any kind.

The User is responsible for complying with applicable laws, these Terms of Service and other policies published by Wynthor from time to time.

  1. Account Security and System Safety

The User is responsible for managing and safeguarding their login credentials, password, OTP and other authentication methods associated with their account.

Unless there is a basis to determine that the account was accessed without authorization or that a transaction resulted from a system error, transactions conducted through a verified account will be recorded as valid transactions.

If the User detects unauthorized access, a compromise of security information or any risk to account security, the User must promptly notify Wynthor for assistance and handling.

The use of WynX to engage in unlawful conduct, financial fraud, money laundering or any conduct that may affect the stability, safety or security of the system is strictly prohibited. Copying, unauthorized interference, modification, reverse engineering, dissemination of malicious code, or unauthorized access to Wynthor’s technical infrastructure, data or operating systems in any form is also strictly prohibited.

  1. Deposits, Withdrawals and Margin Accounts

Deposits shall be made by bank transfer to a designated margin account in accordance with Wynthor’s operating procedures.

WynX does not provide banking services and does not pay interest on margin balances. The User is responsible for ensuring that funds used for trading are lawful and legally owned by the User.

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a verified bank account that matches the KYC/KYB records of the trading account holder.

Wynthor may refuse to process withdrawal requests made to third-party accounts, requests that do not satisfy verification requirements, or requests showing signs of legal non-compliance.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Wynthor shall not be liable for losses arising from:

  • Trading decisions, investment results or actual movements in commodity markets;
  • Network interruptions or data delays arising from intermediaries, including banks, payment gateways, or connections between MXV and interconnected international exchanges;
  • Force majeure events, including natural disasters, epidemics, widespread telecommunications infrastructure failures, or sudden changes in policies or laws.
  1. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Any dispute arising in connection with the use of the services shall first be addressed by the parties through good-faith negotiation and cooperation.

If the parties are unable to reach an agreement, the dispute shall be submitted to a competent court in Vietnam for resolution in accordance with applicable law.

PART II: PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING POLICY

During account registration and use of WynX, the User may be required to provide personal data or grant access permissions to certain device functions for identity verification, account protection and system operation.

The provision of data or granting of the foregoing access permissions is based on the User’s consent and is limited to what is necessary for the purposes specified in this Policy. If the User does not provide certain data or grant required access permissions, certain WynX functions may be restricted or may not operate fully.

  1. Data Collected and Device Access Permissions

To ensure system operation and service security, the application may request or process the following categories of data and access permissions:

Device and Technical Information

This includes IP address, Device ID, application performance data and system error logs (Crash logs) for system operation, performance monitoring, technical troubleshooting and fraud prevention.

Identification and Contact Information

This includes full name, telephone number, email address, Citizen ID Card/Passport number, date of birth and contact address (if any) for individual customers; and corporate legal documents and information of the lawful representative for institutional customers.

Such information is used for account registration, OTP verification, customer support and fulfillment of legal obligations.

Financial and Transaction Information

Beneficiary bank account information, internal margin balances and order history are collected for account management and to support trading activities.

Camera and Photo Library

Access to the Camera or Photo Library is used only when the User actively grants permission for eKYC/KYB purposes, including capturing identity documents, legal documents or conducting facial verification (liveness check).

WynX does not automatically access the Camera, does not automatically scan the Photo Library on the device, and processes only images directly selected by the User.

Biometric Authentication

The WynX application uses Face ID / Touch ID provided by the operating system to support quick login and enhance account security.

Wynthor does not store raw biometric data; authentication is performed directly on the User’s device.

Push Notifications

Push Notifications are used to send notifications relating to order status, margin movements and system activities.

The User may enable or disable this function in the device settings.

  1. Purpose and Legal Basis for Personal Data Processing

Wynthor collects and processes the User’s personal data for the following purposes:

  • Provide, maintain, and operate the services;
  • Fulfill obligations under current legal regulations;
  • Ensure system security;
  • Manage risks and prevent fraud.

Data processing is carried out on the basis of the User’s consent to the device access permissions and related data described in Section 1 above.

  1. Data Sharing and Technical Infrastructure

Wynthor does not sell, lease or provide the User’s personal data to third parties for advertising purposes or data commercialization.

Data may only be disclosed externally in limited circumstances, including:

  • Upon lawful request from MXV or competent state authorities;
  • Sharing information with partners providing eKYC or data storage services, subject to strict confidentiality agreements.

To maintain stable system operations, certain technical data, such as push notification data, performance data or error logs, may be processed through the cloud infrastructure of international technology partners.

Such technical data is used solely for system operation and software error handling and is not used for behavioral advertising or commercial tracking.

  1. Data Retention Period

When an account is closed at the User’s request, access to the application will be terminated immediately. However, in accordance with Vietnamese regulations on anti-money laundering and accounting-financial rules, Wynthor is responsible for retaining KYC/KYB records and transaction history for a minimum period of 05 years from the date of  official account closure before permanently deleting such data from the storage system.

  1. User Rights Regarding Personal Data

To the extent permitted by law, the User has the right to:

  • Request access to, update, or correct personal data;
  • Withdraw consent for data processing within the scope permitted by law;
  • Request account closure or termination of service use directly within the application via Menu > Personal Information > Close Account.

The User’s withdrawal of consent or request for data deletion may prevent Wynthor from continuing to provide some or all related services.

  1. Information Security Incident Response

In the event of a data breach affecting the rights and interests of the User, Wynthor will implement appropriate remedial measures, contain the scope of the impact and provide notifications in accordance with the procedures prescribed by applicable law.

PART III: RISK DISCLOSURE

Commodity derivatives trading inherently involves market and technical risks. Before using the services on WynX, the User is advised to carefully review and consider the following risks:

Market Risk

  • Commodity prices may fluctuate significantly due to global macroeconomic factors, market supply and demand, and international events. Such fluctuations may result in the User losing part or all of the initial margin;
  • If the account fails to maintain the required margin ratio, the system may automatically close open positions (forced liquidation) without prior notice in order to manage system risk;
  • Past trading results or investment performance do not constitute a basis for guaranteeing or predicting future returns.

Technical Risk

Online trading activities may be affected by objective technical factors, including network congestion, Internet connection interruptions caused by telecommunications service providers, or delays in updating price data from interconnected international exchanges.

By using the services on WynX, the User confirms that they have read and accepted the Risk Disclosure and assume responsibility for their trading decisions made during the use of the services.
